App is very glitchy which makes it hard to follow and continue momentum through a workout. The video for Brock’s core workout sound goes in and out. The constant freezing of the videos is frustrating

I got the board under the assumption that the workouts would be amazing, given that ads were so good. But the ads were edited so much better than the videos on the app. The video lags so much that it would pause the video but the audio would continue. There were not enough video exercises variety that focuses on the board. I’m hoping they put more money into creating the workouts or else the r boards are completely useless.
