The BVAC offers members a comprehensive collection of modern cardio and strength training equipment spread across the upper floor of the club with natural lighting and viewing down to the 4 International squash courts and one North American Doubles Court. Dedicated stretching areas and studios for Yoga, Cross-Fit, boot camps and more provide members the opportunity to train on their own or leverage the extensive group programming and personal training options available from our team of professionals. Members also enjoy best-in-class interactive fitness equipment elevated by app driven technology partnerships that create an immersive training environment like no other fitness facility in downtown Calgary.

The recently renovated 30,000 square foot health, racquet and social Club offers a variety of facilities and services including: •     State of the art gym featuring best in class equipment from Life Fitness, and Technogym •     Turf area for stretching, and dynamic exercise •     2 Group Exercise Studios offering over 50 classes a week including the MATRIX studio for hard-core "bootcamp" style classes and LOTUS, our body and mind yoga studio •     4 International squash courts and one North American Doubles Court (which also allows for Pickleball play) •     "Spa inspired" locker rooms featuring Calcutta marble individual showers with rain heads, steam rooms, and lounge areas •     Members Only Court-side Lounge with private member wine lockers •     LILLEY, the Club restaurant serving lunch and dinner, cocktails and Guinness on tap.
