Product doesn’t work with carbon too. In the instructions for how to connect to it are absent. The connection of the first device is fine. It’s having to bring in a new device and getting the QR code to display again. It just doesn’t work.

I download this app for my Centauri carbon however there is no QR code under device info as directed. when I try to add it manually, i’m directed to input the pin below the QR code, which is not there either. not to mention there doesn’t seem to be any support for the Centauri carbon 1 only the Centauri carbon 2… Am I bugg’n or has Elegoo left support for the Carbon 1 on the hood of the car, flying down the street with Carbon 2 laughing at us from the passenger seat…

Update- 4/25/26 the app keeps signing me out. Even when I’m using it, it will go straight back to the sign in page. It now is very hard to connect to my printers. Also, when will the camera actually have AI features added to it as advertised? As of now, it’s listed on the websites and all ads I have seen to already have AI detection. But it never has alerted me to anything. I feel like this is false advertising. Please update and fix. I got my new Mars 5 ultra and tried connecting it to the app and my computer for over 2 hours almost, it kept saying “the Sun doesn’t exist”. I restarted 12 times, reset it, smacked it, and nothing worked, I was over it. I went online to search for the issue and found MANY others had the same problem but, they all said just to restart and it would be fixed. So I decided to post feedback on the app. Within an hour Elegoo responded with an email asking for my SN number. I sent it to them and they responded minutes after saying that they re-imported the SN and to restart the machine. After I did, it finally worked. I’m now running my first resin model and was able to send it remotely. I’m also able to watch it on the camera - which is pretty high quality and great clear picture! Appreciate the quick responses !
