I pay $44.99 every three months for this app. When I signed up for this app, there was no restrictions on the talk time with Em individually or as a couple. Now we have to buy minutes of talk time on top of the subscription fee? I found this app to be very helpful with the structure it was before the last update. Now it seems like you’re just getting greedy requiring customers to purchase talk time minutes on top of their app subscription.

My fiance and I are in actual therapy and the session with Ember took on the same exact tone and went in the same direction as my flesh and blood counselor. Besides the AI the app gives me a reason to tell my fiance how I feel. The activities feel meaningful and i enjoy how they make us think about why we love each other. It brings my awareness back to exactly what it is im trying to protect. What im tryibg to keep and why. It reminds me why i fell in love in the first place. I feel like the moments bring us closer together and the sparks give us a readon each day to not only think about how we feel but to tell each other how we feel. Its the only time i really get to hear what my fiance really thinks and feels and im so grateful for it. Not only that but when it was still the Us app the creators took the time to reach out and get real feedback about the app to improve it when i put in a dispute about a double subscription and i appreciate that. It made me feel like they really do care about what they built here. Thnaks for this wonderful app!!! EDIT: The AI is so helpful. It not only helps to give insight into what your actual issues are. It helps to figure out what exactly it is that you want or need. Ember knows its own limits and tells you honestly what it can and cannot do. I was vety impressed because i have a hard time articulating my thoughts. This is JUST what I needed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I think the talk time has been recently reduced, and I was planning to go into a session with my partner, and we didn’t have any minutes left and there’s no way to buy more minutes and it really was destabilizing. I do not remember the limit being so low or even any notification of a limit when signing up.
