I placed the order at 8 40. Received the order after 2 hours. I texted marrybrown, delivery person, and the admin too. No reply from anyone. Service is very low. Wouldn’t recommend to order from this app

I placed an order through Tastatas, and it has now been more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, yet I still have not received my food or any proper update about my order. There is no clear communication, no response, and no useful information about what is happening. Waiting this long for an order with absolutely no proper response is completely unacceptable. A food delivery app should keep customers informed and provide reliable service, but Tastatas has failed badly in this experience. I strongly recommend that people avoid using this app. Save your time, money, and frustration and use another delivery service instead. Very disappointing service.
