The METS MyRide app is here to help current and new bus riders in the City of Evansville. The app is complete with route maps and schedules and allows riders to “Plan a Trip” from point to point. Riders may opt in to receive alerts regarding detours or other system announcements. Of course, the main feature everyone wants is estimated bus arrival time and seating capacity.

This app is horrible, the information is never accurate, the icons don’t function properly, and it’s the exact opposite of convenient for people sitting in the cold and trying to time when the next bus will be there. Every now and then the app works and I am actually baffled.

This app is terrible. The info is sloppy, so little is explained or shown, the bus icon never shows up, and expected times at each stop are always unavailable or never shown. The maps for each route is nice to have to plan out trips though. That’s the only redeeming feature of this app.
