• Patients can track symptoms, keep a list of medications, access resources and connect with others. • Caregivers can keep a list of their loved one’s medications, past hospitalizations and other important notes. The app also offers a to-do list of common tasks a caregiver may need before, during and after transplant. • Donors can track their swab kit and registry status and update their contact information.
