Recent reviews
I had high hopes for this program. The advertisements for it(as commercials between levels on a game) made it seem dynamic, effective, even fun. Reality is far less than that. The graphics are terrible. Almost like a first draft instead of a finished product, very rough. The audible instructions do not match the actions taken by the figure on the screen, making it very confusing as well. Granted, I haven’t been doing this every single day, but it seems like the first seven exercises are tedious, repetitious, and not at all challenging. I paid for a three month subscription, so I will see this thing through. But I don’t recommend it. Update- almost through the 3- month program. No improvement to my weight or physique. I have downgraded this to a single star. Save your money
