Disappointing experience. Bag returns rejected at pickup despite the app explicitly saying otherwise. Coffee beans delivered were from October 25th, old and visibly damaged. The refund process makes you initiate a chat, do the handoff, and then come back 2 hours later to follow up again, as if fixing their mistake is your job. Flashy UI, but the actual service has the same problems as every other quick commerce app. Needs serious work before it earns the premium positioning.

The developers don’t let you use the app if there is a pending update. This is poor user experience as the previous version works fine. The user should be allowed to update at their convenience rather than be forced into it when they their priority is to place a grocery order. They also keep asking for location every time the user opens the app even the user has declined the location access already. It’s ridiculous because you don’t have to be at the location to place an order and can always give a precise enough address.
