When I attempted to locate the renewal details, they were difficult to find and not readily accessible. Based on the information presented during the purchase process, I reasonably believed I was signing up for a 4-week trial plan at the advertised price. I expected that, at the end of those four weeks, I would be given the opportunity to choose whether to continue with a monthly or full subscription. Instead, I received no reminder, notification, or confirmation before more than $100 was charged to my account. When I contacted Nords customer support, I was simply told they could “confirm the details of the subscription,” but no meaningful explanation or assistance was provided. My concerns about the lack of transparency were not addressed. In addition to the confusing subscription process, the quality of the program itself fell far short of what I reasonably expected for a service costing more than $100 per month. The workouts provided no audio guidance whatsoever. I was forced to count the intervals myself and repeatedly interrupt my workout to check when I was supposed to change exercises. There were no verbal instructions explaining proper technique, common mistakes to avoid, or how to perform the exercises effectively. These are basic features I would expect from a premium fitness application. Had the renewal terms been clearly disclosed and had the program met the quality one would reasonably expect at this price point, I would not be requesting a refund.

This app is very basic. I downloaded the app in April apparently with an auto renewal three months later. On July 8th I was billed a little over $158. I reached out to Nord for a refund. They refused “per their policy”. The company does not send notification that your app is going to renew or the amount you are going to be charged. Consumer Beware!
