The list of spotting locations, restaurants and hotels is not complete, but growing every day. All data is stored inside the app in a local database, meaning that you can also use the app without a network connection (the map will not load in that case). Local data is synced with the server on a daily bassis, so every newly added spotting location will show up quickly.
