Features & Capabilities

Delve into dungeons with nothing but a deck of cards. Scoundrel Cards is a minimalist roguelike where strategy meets solitaire in a deadly crawl through randomized encounters.

A roguelike dungeon crawl, played with a standard deck of cards.

Scoundrel Cards combines the strategic depth of roguelikes with the simplicity of solitaire. Armed with just a standard deck, you’ll face monsters, treasures, and decisions that can end, or extend, your run.

Key Features:

  • Classic Cards, New Rules – Every card has meaning. Enemies, and items are cleverly represented by the suits and numbers of a regular deck.

  • Solo Strategy – One player, one deck, infinite possibilities. No two runs are ever the same.

  • Minimalist Dungeon Crawl – Navigate a stylish, vector-art dungeon where every choice counts.

  • Permadeath with Perks – Win or lose, each run teaches you more. Discover new strategies, refine your approach, and maybe, just maybe, make it out alive.

Designed for quick sessions and deep thinking, Scoundrel Cards is easy to pick up—but hard to put down.

No changes just maybe make it so you can toggle weather the cards outo draw for you. Love the game cant stop playing!

This game works incredibly and feels good to play, really top notch free card game, only “complaint” if you could call it that is that I thought once you get down to the last couple cards if there’s not enough to make a full dungeon you don’t fight it however I had to fight a 2 card room at the end of the deck. It’s possible I was taught wrong too
