Watchtower is a modern access control platform built for gated communities, HOAs, and CDDs. It helps residents, property managers, and gate staff work together to keep communities secure without the hassle. Residents can manage guest access from anywhere: generate QR code passes, schedule recurring access for service providers, and get notified when visitors arrive.

For managers and gate staff, Watchtower provides a centralized dashboard to onboard residents, control access, and review activity. It integrates with Brivo hardware and Eagle Eye cameras for a unified view of gates, credentials, and video. It supports multiple entry methods—mobile credentials, QR codes, key fobs, PINs, and license plate recognition—with scalable deployments from a single gate to multi-entrance communities. All data is encrypted in the cloud, and support is available when needed.
