Manabie Staff

Manabie Staff is a dedicated mobile application designed exclusively for Learning Center staff to efficiently manage daily operational tasks and facilitate communication with students and parents who are using the Manabie Learner App. LMS staff (learning management system) can log in directly to the application, while ERP staff (enterprise resource planning) can access it conveniently through the Salesforce login portal.

The initial release of Manabie Staff features a robust and intuitive chat functionality. This enables seamless communication between Manabie staff members and students or parents using the Learner App.

Manabie staff can utilize the chat feature to engage in conversations with students on academic matters, provide guidance, answer queries, and share relevant information. Similarly, staff can communicate with parents to discuss student progress, address concerns, and provide updates. This direct communication channel ensures that staff can effectively support students and keep parents informed, all within the Staff app.
