This app does take a little time to get used to. One thing many families don't realize is that you must log in using your username, not your email address. For staff, I personally prefer the older version of the platform, and thankfully I still have the option to toggle between the old and new versions. I also use the parent view, and once you link a family with multiple children, it becomes incredibly useful and much easier to manage. I'm still learning the system myself, and honestly, the best way to learn it is to explore and play around with the app.

Continues to say wrong email or password even after resetting. I can log in on the webpage but not through the app anymore

The old app from a year ago was much better for teachers. Now it’s hard to find an easy view of which parents have filled out a permission slip. The default seems to be a parent view; it gives a message like “you have no forms to fill out”. It also sends emails to parents from “Operoo” rather than from the teacher/school email address. Why would parents be interested in an email from Operoo?
