Like any parent that’s had to deal with this company. There is an undeniable ( I don’t give a F) about the customer. The changes did nothing to benefit anyone but the corporation. They are on the stock market (KLC) kinder care learning. Profits is the name of the game and inconveniencing all of us without a care is standard business. I’ve needed to call customer nobody cares multiple times. The wait times are horrendous especially when they made the initial change. They know schools or areas associated with them have no other options for the most part. Capitalism at its core

My child has gone to Champions for six years. When they change the system up and added this app last year, everything went downhill. It’s impossible to figure out how to customize my child’s schedule. It’s impossible to figure out how to pay one invoice at a time. And it’s impossible to switch between children if they are going to two different schools. I’ve never hated an app so much. The one and only good thing about it is the quick QR code for signing in and signing out when picking up your children are dropping them off.
