I mean what more can be said, such a fun time waster

While this app is fun and highly addictive, I’ve seen complaints of instability regarding user’s accounts just disappearing out of nowhere. They clearly hasn’t been resolved because it just happened to me. Well over 200 hours and a handful of purchases. Every time I try to start the game, it starts my progress completely over as a new user with no progress. This is extremely disheartening and unacceptable by the developers. I’m going to ask Apple for a full reimbursement.
