SpaceShare is a shared-space marketplace connecting people who need spaces with Space Owners. From discovery and booking to space operations and activities, SpaceShare brings the full space-use journey into one platform.

DISCOVER AND BOOK SPACES

Explore spaces on a map or in a list, search by keyword or location, and narrow results by use case and size. Compare the information that matters, choose a date and time, and review applicable pricing and offers before booking.

After booking, keep important information in one place. Add reservations to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook, communicate through the booking, and access the information you need to use the space.

For transactions in Taiwan, SpaceShare supports local e-invoice options including mobile barcode carriers, company tax IDs, and donation codes.

FOR SPACE OWNERS

SpaceShare gives Space Owners the tools to publish and operate spaces from one platform. Manage availability, pricing, bookings, co-management, activities, earnings, settlements, and other operational information without separating the experience across multiple systems.

Space Owners can provide guides, usage rules, contact information, and departure requirements within each booking, giving users clear information from arrival through departure. Supported spaces can also use smart-entry features during valid booking periods.

ACTIVITIES FOR MULTIPLE PARTICIPANTS

A space and time slot can also be opened to multiple participants as an activity. Organizers can define capacity and manage participation, while participants receive a QR Activity Pass as their entry credential.

This model supports classes, fitness sessions, workshops, community gatherings, and other activities where access to a shared space is managed by time and participant capacity.

SpaceShare is available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean, with dark mode, configurable notifications, and an AI assistant for app and service questions.
