KoaLocator is a field tool for wildlife carers, shelters and rescue volunteers who record koala sightings, rescues and deaths — built by a working wildlife shelter, for the people doing the work.

KOAID — INDIVIDUAL KOALA IDENTIFICATION Every koala has a unique nose print. KoaID uses a guided camera with on-device nose detection to help you capture a clear image, then compares it against koalas registered by your organisation and suggests the closest matches for you to confirm by eye. • Guided capture with automatic framing and sharpness checks • Register reference prints for koalas in your care • See where a koala has been recorded before • Works with photos already in your library

CLINICAL TRIAGE (Carer/Shelter accounts) A full admission and triage sheet for animals coming into care: • Tap-to-mark injury body map, front and back • Injury type and severity for each body area • Weight, head and body measurements, body condition score • Admission reason, sex, age class, clinical and veterinary notes • Attach x-rays, scans and pathology documents • Export a complete record as PDF or CSV — including the injury map, location map and photos
