I recently purchased this app. Pain to use. Must first take a picture then download to the app. I tried on 7 pieces of wood with only 1 hit. A piece of oak came up Winga. lol canceled my subscription

I purchased the annual subscription in January 2026, I lost my phone in March 2026 and redownloaded the app however there is no place to sign in to recover my subscription! No contact information and no way to access my already purchased app. I loved the app when I was able to use it however I’m not going to pay double for something I’ve already purchased!
