Recent reviews

Product seems to work but the app won’t connect to WiFi and sends you in endless circles trying to connect. If customer service can’t help me tomorrow I will be forced to box it back up and return it.

You used to be able to download footage offline, now you need a cloud/web account. Morally bankrupt behavior by the app developers here (and look no further than their replies to these types of complaints for confirmation of their indifference).
