The JPL Dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of key operational and logistical metrics across multiple segments of plant operations. It is designed to provide actionable insights with real-time visibility to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure operational efficiency. The dashboard is divided into five cards, each dedicated to a specific area of operations: PLANT, ASH, GARE PALMA IV/1, GARE PALMA IV/2-3, and CHPO. PLANT

• Total Coal Received: The total amount of coal received at the plant.
• Total GRN: The total number of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) generated.
• Total Trucks: The count of trucks utilized in operations.
• Total Trips: The total number of trips completed.
• Avg TAT (Turnaround Time): The average time taken for each truck from entry to exit.

ASH

• Total Dispatch: The total quantity of ash dispatched to various destinations.
• Total Trips: The number of trips completed for ash transportation.
• Pond Quantity: The current quantity of ash stored in ponds.
• Fly Quantity: The quantity of fly ash generated or stored.

GARE PALMA IV/1

• Coal Dispatch: The total quantity of coal dispatched from this location.
• Coal Excavated: The amount of coal extracted from this site.
• OB Removed: The overburden removed during mining operations.
• Ash Received: The amount of ash received at this location.
• Trips: The total number of trips associated with this site.

GARE PALMA IV/2-3

• Coal Dispatch: Coal dispatched from these mining areas.
• Coal Excavated: The total amount of coal excavated.
• OB Removed: Overburden management during operations.
• Ash Received: The amount of ash received at this location.
• Trips: Operational trips related to logistics and dispatch.

CHPO (Central Handling and Processing Office)

• Total Coal Received: The aggregate amount of coal received at this location.
• Total GRN Done: The total number of GRNs processed.
• Total Trucks: The count of vehicles used for transportation.
• Received from IV/1 and IV/2-3: The quantities received from these respective locations.
