| 2025-11-12 | Pi***** | There is so much that doesn’t work like a regular financial institution that I feel like it is more of a mechanical turk situation. For example, this week the processes for mobile deposit were not functioning, and were restored after I sent a message. This tells me that they don’t have a service that tells them when it is functional. Then I took a picture of the check using their app and it was rejected because I have to write “for mobile deposit only at AgFed” on the endorsement line. A separate issue is bill pay. Oh my god what a nightmare. I expect that if I put something in bill pay, it goes out the next business day. Not here. For their bill pay, when I put in a bill to pay, it triggers someone to write a physical check and send it to the bill. This is why I feel like there is a mechanical Turk element to their application. In my instance, the creditor was waiting more than 9 days. I ended up just canceling the check with AgFed (they wanted to charge me for a cancelation fee) and I paid another way. Today was not the best day to ask me to review your mobile app. | |
