Tamobyke

I’ve had nothing but problems with my Tamobyke. The bike arrived with multiple issues right away: frame problems, squeaky brakes, misaligned parts, and a handlebar clamp that wouldn’t stay tight no matter how much I tightened it. I had to take it to a bike shop and spend over $600 just to make it safe to ride. Later I had to spend another $97 because parts were drilled incorrectly and not gripping the way they should. The battery is also a problem. It drains fast, the display shows different battery levels than the physical battery meter, and the bike doesn’t even reach the speed they advertise. They claim it goes up to 30 mph, but mine struggles to hit 20 mph even at the highest setting. The bike didn’t come with the accessories they advertise either. No lock, no mount, nothing. I had to buy my own. Customer service has been the worst part. They take 10 hours or more to respond every single time, and I’ve had to send multiple messages back to back just to get a reply. They keep asking me to do electrical tests with tools normal people don’t own. After all the money I’ve had to spend, they offered me only $20 as compensation, which honestly feels insulting. Overall this has been one of the most frustrating purchases I’ve ever made. Between the defective parts, the money I had to spend out of pocket, the battery issues, the false speed claims, and the terrible customer service, I would not recommend Tamobyke to anyone.
