Recent reviews

We live in Gurugram and had had consistently negative experiences with Pronto. Recently a maid came and was disrespectful and out of spite started cleaning our sink with her bare hands then touching our property and refusing to leave. We asked her to clean a bathroom and she complained about doing it and that the slippers we provided for her weren’t good. And she refused to leave until we forced her out. This is the worst experience we’ve had with maids, and Urban company is consistently better from what we’ve seen. Overall do not recommend Pronto, it’s not worth having unprofessional maids in your personal space just to save a few hundred rupees.
