Truly the app sucks. The UI with elements floating all over, random scrolling, not being able easily remove items from your order, sluggish behavior, auto playing videos etc. Go check out nearly any other meal kit company (e.g. Hello Fresh) to see what good app UX looks like. (Ok, the HelloFresh app maybe was built by a 10th grader, but still - major improvement over this app). And I say this lovingly because the food product is so good. But I can never recommend to my friends due to how horrible the app is.

App doesn’t seem remember login info and doesn’t seem to mesh with my password apps on iPhone. See no option to get notified by phone number as opposed to usual email address for a login code. Ordering process is a bit confusing.
