After multiple emails, dozens of similar complaints I still cannot open the game. This is a GAME problem not a player issue. Fix the game. It’s fun and people will play it. Just fix it.

Treated myself for Father’s Day got $30-$40 worth of coins, the gold shovel and the gold pick axe. As soon as I unlocked the crystal mine after feeding the big drill 100 barrels of oil. The game crashed and all my progress is Lost.

The game gets to a certain point and then shuts off and closes. I turn it back on it pops up then immediately shuts back off. For me it was after I got the diamond mine unlocked and put a few dynamite sticks down and some pop up offer came up for $5.99 gold shovel. Please get this fixed! Other than that I liked the game until that happened. Would give it higher stars if that gets fixed.
