User Reviews

Overall, Everyday Grids: Logic Puzzles is praised for its addictive, varied logic puzzles and helpful solving hints. Players enjoy the variety of puzzle types and the ability to revisit past days. However, persistent advertising and a costly, temporary ad-free option heavily dampen the experience, and many reviews note a requirement for an internet connection to play. Bugs with touch input and occasional misreads further frustrate some players, and a few feel the game lacks originality or substantive replayability beyond daily puzzles. Despite the downsides, the core puzzle design remains appealing to fans of logic games.
Pros
  • Fun, addictive logic puzzles with simple concepts.
  • Great variety of puzzle types and daily challenges, plus access to past days.
  • Helpful hints that guide solving.
  • Puzzles are well implemented and quick to learn.
  • Short, bite-sized puzzles that fit into quick play sessions.
Cons
  • Intrusive and frequent ads, including ads after most puzzles.
  • Ad-free experience is expensive and limited to a yearly, non-permanent license.
  • Requires an internet connection to play.
  • Input bugs and misreads (touches registered incorrectly, occasional wrong answers).
  • Puzzles feel unoriginal or heavily copied from other collections.

Says I need a stable internet connection. I have stable. I shouldn’t require an always online connection for a puzzle app.

I play the game daily as it only takes about 7 minutes to play all modes. If I’m board I’ll go back and play previous days. I do love the fact that the previous days are not behind a paywall or forced ads. Depending on how quickly you solve the levels you can skip an ad between each mode, which I also love. A similar game I played would require an ad every 60 seconds that would break up my flow. I also love that when they add new game modes like the recent one, they back fill previous days with the game mode so you have more to do. My one gripe is that I want to be able to turn off the auto wrong feature. As someone with arthritis / carpel tunnel. My hands shake and cramp and I’m constantly accidentally double or single tapping when I want to do the other or my finger spasms down while moving over the are I want to press. There cause me to have to spend a lot of coins or watch recover ads because of accidents. From the developer standpoint I get that with lives you get more revenue from bad players. But from a player with hand issues and someone who wants a challenge that mode does not appeal to me. If I make a mistake I want the game to not tell me and let me figure it out. As a former highly competitive gamer. I try to beat the average times by half and with the lives mode I am compelled to cheat by purposefully guessing to not run up the clock.
