Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings or Settings within PolyMic.
