Pros

Very affordable rides compared to Uber/Lyft.
Convenient for short trips and commutes.
Safe and professional drivers; clean vehicles.
In-app ride progress and visibility of pickup/drop-off details (where the ride is and how many passengers are being picked up).
Easy to schedule ahead when service is available.

Cons

Limited availability and coverage: not enough Metro Micro cars and restricted service zones.
Inconsistent or inaccurate driver tracking and ETA; updates can be misleading or late.
Rides canceled or no-shows and scheduling failures; difficulties scheduling when needed.
Frequent delays and long wait times even after scheduling; ETA flips.
App reliability issues due to updates and syncing glitches.

What’s unforgivable about this service is that at some point of your route it will pick another passengers up depending on the route that driver take in the middle of your ride. I have seen this thing add 2-3 people on my way home making me sit in the van for 40-50min. Total garbage of a gps system they are using.

They don’t have any cars. Any time I try to schedule something, even hours or days in advance, there’s literally no option to be picked up by Metro Micro. It only gives me the “option” to take the bus. If I wanted that, I’d download the Transit app.
