I recently purchased an NX Wear smart bracelet but I am completely locked out of using it because the registration system is failing. The registration page does not send a verification code to my email (checked spam). Tapping the "Apple ID" icon attempts to connect, but the screen freezes and fails to log in (Selected UNHIDE MY EMAIL) Nothing works. Can’t use the product

Have had the app about a week and working my way through some of the bumps. There isn’t a way to edit the sleep, so if it inaccurately captures the sleep start and stop times, you can’t fix it so that the data tends are based on accurate data.
