eDryv - Request a ride

Although , the trip prices seemed fair, maybe cos I am still a first timer, I can’t say cos I’m still yet to get a ride on the app. However, I’ve had a terrible experience the two times I made an attempt to use the app. You could order a ride and the driver cancels, you the user will not be aware. You could cancel a ride and the app will still be sending you notification for more than 6hrs that the driver is few minutes away. You could order a ride and the driver’s car will remain at a particular spot without the ETA changing at all. I canceled a ride because of this yesterday, and the driver called me back immediately to apologize and explain that, maybe the ETA did not indicate at my end that he was close by, but actually he was very close. This entire process made me go so late to church. The app also needs to allow user choose the payment method they want. I don’t like that it made me top up my wallet, for a trip I ended up not getting on because the app was lagging. Imagine that was the only money I had on, I’d have been stranded. Please fix all these and more.

I love eDryv. My only issue is the user interface. It gets so buggy. There’s also no way to change your destination when you’re on a trip or add another stop while on a trip.

The driver always has to close the app and then reopen it in order to end a trip. The passenger also has to do the same in order to pay. It’s annoying. Please look into it and fix it
