User Reviews

COSMO PANIC is praised for its deep upgrade system, fun arcade shooter core, and appealing retro visuals and sound. Players enjoy the depth, variety, and non-intrusive ads, but repeatedly voice concerns about paywalls and gacha pacing, unclear mechanics, and occasional lag or currency clutter. The game shines in its core loop and style, yet monetization complexity and onboarding friction are the most recurring drawbacks.
Pros
  • Deep progression with a lot of upgrades and varied weapons that add long-term depth
  • Engaging arcade shooter feel that is fun and relaxing, with challenging yet rewarding gameplay
  • Generally non-intrusive monetization, with few forced ads and optional purchases
  • Pleasant visuals and audio, featuring pixel-art style and retro aesthetic
  • Good replayability and stamina-based auto-run options that support longer play sessions
Cons
  • Monetization gating for free-to-play players (pay-to-progress, gacha rates, and high prices) that can hinder progression
  • Unclear mechanics and onboarding (difficulty explaining unit damage vs weapon damage, unlocks like 'ultra'), plus some translation quirks
  • Performance issues like lag when many enemies die simultaneously
  • Complex monetization with multiple currencies and daily-play limits, plus premium progression that can feel restrictive
  • Translation/UX inconsistencies that can hamper understanding for some players

If you don’t pay money you get stuck on level five for eternity.

I love arcade games like these but the level does get harder which i am aware of the beginning from level 1-4 is not easy it takes a lot of effort and skills to beat each stage and move on to the next so not bad but you will have to spend hours to train yourself and your spaceship to fight each enemies at the same time very challenging but a fun experience.

I have no idea how it's so fun, aliens try to attack ur home planet, it can help me lose stress and it is so fun, even I don't know how fun I gets but if I could rate as much as I could I would put 1,000,000,000,000,000.It's the best!!!
