It said my aligners were in manufacturing when they weren’t and delayed my treatment. It needs to show more details about the status of aligners when they are being made, like an update for each step of the process and when they are expected to be completed and shipped.

We are waiting to get the impressions but I’ve tried to work with the app and it’s not easy. I can’t have two accounts even though we have two kids doing align 32. I can’t change my profile either to get my children’s profile on it. Just not an easy app.
