Drop widgets onto a 7‑wide grid in five sizes, mix HomeKit and Home Assistant devices side by side, and arrange as many pages as you need — one for the living room, one for the kids' rooms, one for outdoor and security. Every widget has its own background, color pair, icon, focus stroke, off‑state style, and typography, so the wall‑mounted TV in your hallway can look completely different from the one in the bedroom.

THEMES Pick a pre‑built theme to get going in seconds, or design your own from scratch: gradients, solid colors, your own photos or custom color pairs. When you've built something you love, export the whole page as a .couchpage file and send it to a friend — they can import it onto their setup and your work transfers cleanly across devices, even if their color and background IDs are different.

WATCH BACK WHAT HOME ASSISTANT RECORDED The full‑screen media browser walks Home Assistant's entire media_source tree — Frigate clips, NAS folders, local recordings, snapshots, anything HA exposes. Pictures open inline. Videos play in‑app with AVPlayer. Audio routes to any media player on your network.

For HomeKit, Couch Control talks to your accessories directly through Apple's encrypted HomeKit framework on your local network, with no relay through our servers and no copy of your home configuration leaving the Apple TV.
