KEEP MINDFUL is an app for configuring the Keep Mindful Ring smart ring, designed to support mindfulness, discipline, attentiveness, and personal effectiveness in everyday life.

Unlike devices that track biometric data, Keep Mindful Ring helps users stay focused on chosen goals and actions through tactile signals. The core idea of the product is not data collection, but support for healthy habits, self-control, and regular reminders.

With the KEEP MINDFUL app, users can configure the ring’s settings and choose the most suitable usage scenarios. The device supports vibration with different durations and intensity levels, as well as a mild electrical impulse that the user enables and adjusts independently. The primary use case is based on vibration, while the electrical impulse can be used as an additional tool.
