SPCloser is a mobile app that salespeople can use to get feedback on their conversations with customers. The app uses AI to generate on-the-fly advice on how to do better on the greet, needs identification, objection handling, closing, and more. SPCloser is used in a team environment so that every rep can get value and learn. The team manager gets access to a web dashboard to see how the team is doing and give supplemental feedback on trends that the system surfaces.
