Neighborly Rideshare is an appointment-based rideshare service that combines traditional rideshare features with a unique, community-focused approach. As a localized Transportation Network Company (TNC), our services are exclusively available within the city limits of the communities we serve.

Service is currently available within the Bloomington-Normal Illinois city limits and select surrounding areas. Expansion to additional Central Illinois locations is planned for the near future.
