At OP24 we work on a Hybrid model. What that means is that, dependent on what you choose. You’ll have the option of Large Group Personal Training (12 Participants maximum to 1 Coach), unlimited sessions. Or, Small Group Personal Training (6 Participants maximum to 1 Coach) - this option will also grant access to the Large Group PT sessions, as well. Meaning, theoretically, you could train with us 6 days a week!
