I really enjoy the app and the content, which is why this has been so disappointing. I pay for the weekly subscription, but for the past few days I haven’t been able to access the daily devotionals that I’m paying for. I emailed customer support three days ago to report the issue, and I still haven’t received a response or an update. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that I’m unable to use, especially when there’s no communication from support. I’m giving this app 2 stars because the content is great when it works, but the lack of access and customer support has made for a poor experience. I hope this issue is resolved quickly and that support becomes more responsive.
