I have paid for this app till 2026. I did cancel it but paid for a year Now everything scans item not found

The WORST!!! WHEN I can actually get it to work (25% of the time) half the labels are not in the system. If I try to use the ingredients mode, the screen goes black and I can’t back out of it. I’m constantly having to turn my phone on and off to reset the app.
