Your ads clearly represented that I could test my blood sugar using the app itself. That was the specific reason I signed up and paid for the subscription. However, after completing the registration and attempting to use the feature, I discovered that the app does not actually allow me to test my blood sugar. It only provides an option to manually enter or log blood sugar results that were obtained elsewhere, such as from a laboratory or separate glucose-testing device. This is misleading and not what was advertised to me when I subscribed. The feature that convinced me to purchase the subscription is not available in the way your advertisement led me to believe. Had this been clearly disclosed beforehand, I would not have purchased the subscription. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the $39.99 subscription fee that I was charged. I do not believe it is appropriate for me to pay for a service based on a feature that was advertised but is not actually provided as represented. Please process my refund promptly and send me confirmation once the refund has been issued. Thanks
