VISION PROFILES Animals: • Dog (AKC) — dichromatic; reds and greens merge into yellow • Cat (Variant A) — muted color with enhanced low-light sensitivity

Human Development: • Newborn — very soft focus, warm color preference • 8-week-old — improving focus, emerging red/blue separation • Adult — baseline clear vision
