This application is a robust and comprehensive digital solution designed to streamline and enhance the delivery of integrated mental health services across various levels of healthcare, ranging from Aayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs), Sub-Centres, and Primary Health Centres (PHCs) to District Hospitals.

Functioning as a Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS), the application empowers frontline healthcare providers, including Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs), Community Health Officers (CHOs), and Medical Officers (MOs), to effectively assess, manage, and deliver mental health care at the community level.
