With SpotSaver, our instantaneous virtual queuing system, when running errands, visitors would no longer be wasting valuable time waiting in long lines. Our app is intuitively designed to allow visitors to conveniently save their spot in a virtual line or reserve a future spot at a later time, ultimately making for an effortless shopping experience. Simultaneously, businesses can manage customer flow on-the-spot based on analytics and metrics provided by our app. With SpotSaver, there is no need to register before jumping in your first virtual line. As a visitor, you can easily find the nearest participating businesses in your area with user-friendly search capabilities. Once you’ve chosen which business you would like to visit, you can choose to either save your spot in the current line based off of a generated estimated entrance time or reserve a future spot at a later date and time. Once your spot is saved, you will receive a QR code within the app that acts as your ticket to enter.
When it is time to enter, you can head to the store entrance and present your QR code to be scanned. Once you’re done shopping, just scan the same QR code as you exit so we can maintain an accurate entrance time for future visitors. SpotSaver is unique in the sense that both the visitor experience and business experience are incorporated into one app. Business employees at all levels can easily toggle between their different roles as well as their own personal visitor experience. Businesses can seamlessly integrate management at all levels of the business. SpotSaver has three business management profiles built into the app. The top tier management profile is the regional brand manager who has the capability to add, delete and edit stores, store parameters and local management. The second tier management profile is the local store manager who can add, delete, and edit their assigned store parameters, their fellow employee information as well as step in and scan QR codes if need be. The third tier management profile is the local store employee who can scan QR codes when customers enter. SpotSaver’s efficiency-driven platform permits businesses to manage customer flow through virtual queuing capabilities as well as advanced data analytics. Our state-of-the-art QR code scanning capability makes it easy for visitors and employees alike. Using the built-in phone camera to scan, the need for further devices or over complication is eliminated. Everything you need to implement this service is on your phone. Brand Managers and Store Managers will also conveniently have access to our intuitive and comprehensive data analytics and dashboards directly within our app and on our website making for a holistic, hassle-free management experience.
