DEVICE & TEAM COORDINATION • QR-code device sign-in works with any camera app — set up a shared or dedicated device in seconds. • Dedicated tracking devices: hand off location duty to a phone designated as the active tracker; the app falls back to a standard phone automatically if the dedicated device drops off. • Tablet-optimised interface for race management on larger screens. • Use a secondary phone as a remote camera and hand media off to the primary device.

LOCATION TRACKING • Real-time positions of officials on the course map for live coordination. • Background tracking continues even when the app is closed, with battery-conscious motion-aware updates. • Three-state sharing indicator in race mode so each official knows exactly whether their position is live.
