Do You Speak Grand Est is a free language-learning application funded by Région Grand Est and reserved for residents of the Grand Est region and nearby neighbors. Learners can study English, German, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, French, and French Sign Language (LSF).

The app uses authentic video clips from movies, TV shows, music videos, news and documentaries. It features AI-powered pronunciation guidance and a chatbot to practice speaking and comprehension, a gamified visual dictionary, and practical expressions for everyday and workplace situations, with videos co-produced with YouTubers. Level tests help track progress for beginners to advanced learners.
