I am deeply disappointed by the HHC refusal to Give patients access to a real live person. I am 78 years old and can not navigate your HHC chart system. I do not expect any more help from your providers and I can never see one in person. This is not the way to treat the elderly.

Scheduled a sick visit because I needed a work note excusing me from duty. I’m a Firefighter EMT and can’t go to work sick. I’ve been sick for the past 8 days and needed a work note excusing for the 8th and the 12th. Care giver was rude, talked over me, and could care less about my need for a note, saying I wasn’t under their care on the 8th. I have never had this issue in the past. I wasn’t under anyone’s care on the 8th, I had just gotten sick! Waist of time.
