Recent reviews

The text display is too big and overflows the text boxes, so trying to confirm addresses loses the “accept” or “ok” button. Overall, pretty horrible, because with all the back and forth to make it work, the price of the hide shot up from $68 to over $90. Did I miss the coupon on the 5th attempt to re-enter everything? Ugly. And looking for confirmation of delivery, there is no drop down for past purchases. Whomever designed and approved this app has never had to actually USE it.

This is now the second time I had to refill out all of this just like placing the order in the first place it took about 40 minutes to do that and the local store says I have to connect to the website and app to add any coupon codes and none of the coupon codes exist even my welcome code is no longer existing and the stupid to navigate, absolutely zero phone support. None! You will not be able to contact this company. If you have any concerns or questions they do not allow incoming phone calls. I cannot believe it took about 47 minutes just to place an order and I had to do it twice because the website crashed constantly. This was the most annoying, expensive and nonexistent company when it comes to customer support. Very few companies. are this big without any contact info and the FAQ is a complete joke and just sends you into a loop. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. I’ve ordered a bunch of times it’s been a little bit of a nightmare, but I wanted the product. I can’t stand this company. They will waste all of your time. Everything is an up charge. Coupons don’t work. I even have to call the store directly to ask about coupon, corporate does not care one bit about customer DO NOT order from edible arrangements unless you love frustration. I wonder how pointless writing this out is if them ever gonna get a response or if they just block these kind of comments coming in in the first place. When it comes to calling them directly, your best bet is to just call the Better Business Bureau and let them know this process is so awful. The state of Wisconsin might be the only way to get any response. They do want to know what businesses do this awful support. Hopefully to save others from going through the nightmare of edible arrangements ordering
