Car Lease Tracker 2.0 helps individuals, businesses, and fleet managers monitor lease mileage, costs, and contract limits across multiple vehicles.

• Keep each vehicle's logs, expenses, trips, and contract information separate

FLEET ANALYTICS AND REPORTS

• Compare usage and costs across vehicles
• Filter analytics by month, quarter, year, or the complete contract history
• Review usage timelines, cost timelines, expense categories, and per-vehicle breakdowns
• Identify vehicles that may exceed their contract mileage
• Export fleet summaries as PDF reports
• Export or import multiple vehicles together using JSON

OPTIONAL VEHICLE CONNECTIONS

• Smartcar: connect supported brands with your own Smartcar developer credentials and sync odometer readings
• Toyota: direct premium connection for supported European vehicles compatible with MyToyota
• Tesla: premium Tesla Fleet API connection with OAuth sign-in, odometer, battery level, and estimated range data
• Tesla supports Europe/Middle East/Africa and Americas/Asia-Pacific accounts; Mainland China is not supported
• Reuse provider credentials across linked vehicles, refresh manually or in the background, and review connection status and sync history
• Receive notifications when background refreshes fail; provider and subscription refresh limits apply

Vehicle connections are optional and depend on the provider, account, vehicle, region, internet connectivity, authentication, API availability, and rate limits. Syncs can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Manual mileage entry remains available. Always verify imported readings and contract projections before relying on them.

TRACKING AND CONTRACTS

• Add odometer readings quickly and use metric or imperial units
• Record special trips and notes separately
• Configure daily, weekly, or monthly logging reminders
• Track recurring and one-time vehicle expenses
• Attach lease documents and review extracted contract terms on supported devices
• Monitor remaining distance, usage trends, and expected end-of-contract settlement

DATA AND PRIVACY

Core lease data is stored on your device. Optional vehicle connections exchange only the data needed for the selected provider as explained in the Privacy Policy. Tesla requests use our EU connection broker; Smartcar and Toyota connections use the provider flows described on our website.

Some fleet, cost, and direct connection features require an active subscription. Available vehicle and refresh limits depend on the selected plan.
